RSSOwl is a free RSS / RDF / Atom Newsreader in Java using SWT as fast graphic library. Supported OS are Windows, Mac, Linux and Solaris. For easy execution, a .exe is provided on Windows, a shell-script on Linux / Solaris and the Mac version is deployed in an application bundle. RSSOwl comes with a huge list of sample favorites.

Pretty good aggregator I was looking for an RSS reader which would actually aggregate all my feeds into one stream. So many readers just list items in a folder structure...
Does not run I tried it on an OS/2 machine that routinely runs Java programs, but it would not even load, aborting without any visible error message.
Easy & Fast Very usefull about the validation and error reporting.
I use it to test my scripts.
